Our synthetic ice facilities are made of durable ultra dense polymer that will not deform, splinter or corrode. Thanks to the flexibility of our mobile slides, we can build them with any size and shape to install on the most demanding locations.

Floor

The floor is constructed using two size panels - 1000 x 1000 mm and 500 x 1000 mm - the both 18 mm thick. The panels gather together according a scheme by connecting splines. The guarantee of the panels is 15 years. At the recommended maintenance and care, synthetic ice sliding kept constant by about 90% over the lifetime of the product. By comparison, the ice generator rinks begin with 100% sliding , which decreases approximately 80% after about an hour skating and the rink should be closed after each session to recover the surface. Instead that the synthetic ice rink can remain operational 24 hours a day .

There are two types of panels - Pro Skate and Perma-Glide.

Pro Skate panels require minimal maintenance, which consists of two main operations - surface cleaning and application of glycol, which supports good sliding. Using a combined machine for dry and wet cleaning / with water and detergent / surface treates once daily. Depending on the intensity of skating the floor needs one to four times a day to be sprayed on the surface with solution of 1 part glycol with up to 3 parts water to support good sliding. This can make your staff on skates without having to close the slide. Glycol is non toxic and non harmful to the environment.

Perma-Glide. We are pleased to inform you that we are now able to offer a revolutionary new panel for ice skating. The panel is injected with silicone in the production, so remains constant slippery. This removes the requirement that surface to be sprayed with glycol at intervals throughout the day. In the long run this type of panels are a cheaper alternative. They are only suitable for skating. According to the skaters, they create a feeling most close to skating on real ice.

Barrier

The barrier is installed around the perimeter of the rink so that it is connected directly to the floor of the rink. It is made of solid high-strength plastic. Constructed of one meter high preassembled 2.00 m and 1.00 m sectors and angular sectors 0.50 x 0.50 m, attached to the floor of the rink. The guarantee of barriers is 15 years.
